Overview
Cargill is seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Software Engineer to join our Ag & Trading team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications to meet the needs of our business.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure that software applications meet the required standards and are thoroughly tested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
