Overview
Cargill is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join our Ag & Trading team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications to support our business operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to the improvement of the development process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in software development
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
