Responsibilities
- Develop and implement billing operations and strategy for Coinbase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Analyze and optimize billing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and resolve complex billing issues and disputes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to improve billing operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in billing operations, strategy, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing billing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics
