Overview
Meesho is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions across our sortation centers in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a key member of the ValMo team, you will play a critical role in building India’s most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced automation solutions for sortation centers
- Design and optimize sort center layouts for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Manage and execute large-scale automation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with automation technology vendors and partners
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sort center operations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in building large-scale automated solutions for sorting operations
- Strong background in engineering design, automation technologies, and project management within logistics
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with logistics and supply chain management systems
