Overview
Meesho is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Business Finance to join our high-performing BizFin team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and financial operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape key decisions that drive the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
- Drive financial operations, including financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification
- 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm, FMCG giant, or top-tier investment firm
- Proven track record of driving business growth and financial operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
