Associate Analytics Engineer Circleci Remote US/Canada

Overview

We’re seeking an Associate Analytics Engineer to join our team at CircleCI, working remotely from the US (EST) or Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our Analytics Engineering team, you’ll help bridge the gap between our data platform engineers and the rest of the business, delivering high-quality data to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering well-defined, transformed, tested, and documented data to business users
• Work alongside our Analytics Engineering team to design, govern, and tool our data systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions
• Participate in the development of data architectures, data governance, and data quality processes
• Assist in the creation of data visualizations and reports to support business stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience with data engineering, analytics, or a related field (0-2 years)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a curiosity-driven mindset
