Overview
Meesho is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Ops to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our Business org, you will play a crucial role in driving growth across all categories, ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing, and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale-up categories, driving growth and revenue
- Work closely with category marketing team and other category teams to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with Product, Supplier Growth, User Growth, and Fulfillment & Experience teams to drive business outcomes
- End-to-end responsibility for category management, including selection, pricing, and conversion
- Lead and manage a team of Assistant Business Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Executives
- Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
- Experience in operations, category management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and market trends
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Graduate degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic record
