Overview
Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. We’re looking for curious, driven professionals to join our Revenue Analytics team, partnering closely with Revenue stakeholders to deliver analysis, reporting, and data solutions that help grow and optimize Affirm’s revenue segments.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable data products that power day-to-day decision-making, owning end-to-end work across data modeling, metric definitions, dashboards, automation, and enablement
- Help strengthen our semantic layer and data governance, laying the foundation for reliable AI
- Partner with Revenue stakeholders to deliver analysis, reporting, and data solutions that drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain large-scale data systems, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, developing solutions to meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our data products and services
Requirements
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in data modeling, metric definitions, and data visualization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Experience with data governance, semantic layer development, and data quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
