Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to decide which product features to launch and which marketing campaigns to fund
- Analyze performance to determine where to invest resources for maximum impact
- Build tools and analytical frameworks to drive business growth
- Take ownership of the entire analytical lifecycle, from initial question to final business decision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape servicing strategy across contact channels and customer segmentation
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence
Requirements
- Intelligent and driven professional with experience in analytics and data analysis
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with data visualization tools and databases
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
