Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective AML/CFT systems and controls to mitigate risks
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor transactions to identify suspicious activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance to employees on AML/CFT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory landscape and emerging trends
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and experience in compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. CAMS, CFE)
