Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Conduct field research to understand customer needs and preferences, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance our services
- Design and develop AI-powered tools and models that optimize our operations, logistics, and supply chain management
- Work closely with our data science team to analyze data and provide insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement at Instacart
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or statistics
- Proven track record of developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or C++
