Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered engagement strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Design and execute A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of AI-powered engagement strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for AI initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve AI engagement strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI or machine learning, with a focus on customer engagement and retention
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing and computer vision
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
