Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective support for customer engagements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, data protection, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
