Overview
Mixpanel is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our book of business through ensuring a smooth onboarding process and understanding how our customers get the most value out of Mixpanel’s capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of Mixpanel’s platform
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to help customers optimize their use of Mixpanel’s platform
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
