Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Instacart’s customer base
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and customer goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform account management strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the grocery or retail industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the grocery industry and market trends
