Overview
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive – Enterprise to join our team. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage existing relationships and identify new opportunities to expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Execute on long-term sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in existing relationships
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities and expand Stripe’s footprint
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive business outcomes
- Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of the financial technology industry and the needs of Stripe’s customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
