Responsibilities
- Build a long-term career in global HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Drive employee experiences and operational excellence
- Collaborate with the People Success team to develop and implement HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Provide support for employee onboarding, benefits, and other HR-related activities
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
