Overview
Gusto is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager, Investor Ecosystems (VC & PE) to join our team. As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in growing the small business economy by building and maintaining relationships with investors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key investors and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership success
- Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
- Strong understanding of the investor ecosystem and startup landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
