Overview

Gusto is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager, Investor Ecosystems (VC & PE) to join our team. As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in growing the small business economy by building and maintaining relationships with investors and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership success
  • Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the investor ecosystem and startup landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
