The Role
As a Business Analyst at Zerodha, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, technology, and user experience. You’ll own and optimise critical processes across various aspects of our business:
- Trading Operations:
- Analyse and improve daily trading workflows
- Help enhance order execution systems
- Work on settlement and clearing processes
- Product Experience:
- Collaborate with product teams to improve our trading platforms
- Gather and analyse user feedback
- Help simplify complex trading features for retail investors
- Risk Management:
- Review and enhance risk monitoring systems
- Work on processes to identify and prevent trading risks
- Help develop better risk assessment frameworks
- Customer Experience:
- Streamline support processes
- Analyse patterns in user queries to identify systematic improvements
- Help develop better self-service solutions
You’ll work closely with different teams, translate complex problems into actionable solutions, and directly impact how millions of Indians trade and invest.
What You’ll Need
- 2-3 years of work experience (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Personal experience in stock market trading/investing
- Strong communication skills – we value clear thinking and expression
- Curiosity to learn about financial markets and technology
