Overview
Assure Scratch & Dent is seeking an experienced Vehicle Repair Assessor to join their growing team in the Philippines. This full-time remote position supports Australian operations, assessing customer-submitted vehicle photos and videos to determine repair eligibility and prepare accurate repair quotes.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer-submitted vehicle photos and videos to determine repair eligibility
- Prepare accurate repair quotes for customers
- Allocate repairs to mobile repair technicians based on repair complexity and requirements
- Determine which repairs can be safely and effectively completed by a mobile repair van
- Identify repairs that require workshop facilities or replacement parts
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless repair process
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Panel Beater, Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor, or similar automotive repair role
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques
- Excellent understanding of cosmetic SMART repairs
- Ability to prepare repair estimates and quotations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
