Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Redux).
- Proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with the ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database systems like MongoDB, SQL, and proficiency in writing efficient database queries.
- Prior experience in creating course videos and providing mentorship is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project specifications, architect solutions, and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development, especially within the MERN stack and AWS cloud services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, supporting their professional growth and skill development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Occasionally create course videos that cover relevant topics, explaining concepts and showcasing practical examples.
- Serve as a mentor for students, offering guidance, support, and answering their technical questions when required.
