FinOps Engineer, Cloud Operations Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Contribute to a dynamic team focused on agile automation alongside development.
  • Create and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure using console and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on technical issues within your workstream, supporting broader project goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and participate in the remediation of technical challenges.
  • Monitor project progress using Microsoft Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams and product groups to review requirements.
  • Conduct testing for mobile, web, and API applications using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman API Automation, and Appium.
  • Stay proactive, eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of cloud experience, with expertise in AWS or Azure preferred.
  • Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner or Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals is a plus.
  • Familiar with server operating systems (Windows/Linux) and proficient in Python or PowerShell scripting (Python preferred).
  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager templates.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
