Overview
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Consultant, Software Engineer – India | Test Automation Developer (Ruby / TOSCA) to join their team in Hyderabad. As a Test Automation Developer, you will play a central role in designing and scaling robust, reusable test automation across UI, API, and data layers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the automation and quality strategy across the line, driving an automate first approach that improves both delivery speed and overall product quality
- Design and scale robust, reusable test automation across UI, API, and data layers
- Influence how teams approach automation and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Ruby and TOSCA
- Participate in the development of new features and functionalities, ensuring that automation is integrated into the development process
Requirements
- Experience in test automation using Ruby and TOSCA
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
