Responsibilities
- Lead the development team to design, develop, and deploy multiple ReactJS applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and scalable code
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS and related ecosystems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ReactJS development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX
- Knowledge of modern front-end build tools like Webpack or Rollup
- Experience in leading a team and mentoring junior developers
