Position Overview:
- Experience in Java, Kotlin, Micronaut (Reactive), Kafka, NoSQL (Cassandra, Mongo), SQL (Postgres), ELK, Grafana, Jira, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
- Designs functions with an understanding of overall service architecture, avoiding duplication.
- Writes testable, readable code, and considers edge cases and security implications.
- Knowledge of open-source technology and Target’s observability philosophy.
- Collaborates across teams to implement reliable and scalable solutions.
- Supports system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Reviews code and provides constructive feedback.
