Overview

LILT is building AI for a multilingual world, helping enterprises connect with their customers in any language. Our multimodal AI platform pairs with a global network of expert linguists and AI data specialists to deliver accuracy at scale, powering translation, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop AI data programs for many of the world’s largest brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the full expert lifecycle — sourcing, vetting, testing, onboarding, and database management
• Ensure LILT always has the right expert talent, in the right languages and disciplines, ready to support enterprise-scale multilingual and multimodal AI programs
• Run internal and external sourcing campaigns to build and grow our expert talent pool
• Design and administer testing that keeps our quality high and ensures the best experts are working with us
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and develop strategies to meet them
• Analyze and report on talent metrics to inform business decisions and optimize talent management processes

Requirements

• Experience in talent management, recruitment, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive talent management strategies
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and growth
