Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional testing of Android and iOS applications to ensure smooth performance.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman to validate backend systems.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for robust coverage.
- Utilize tools like JIRA, Postman, and Charles Proxy to streamline testing workflows.
- Apply your understanding of SDLC, STLC, and core software testing concepts.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including assessing severity and priority.
- Ensure precision in multi-platform testing scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and validate test cases.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong foundation in testing principles and methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTTP and REST concepts.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium and Appium is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, or Appium is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing tools like LambdaTest and BrowserStack is a bonus.
