Job Description
Your Role at Sutherland:
As part of our dynamic team, you will:
- Support Key Initiatives: Participate in software development, testing, or other assigned technology areas by creating, supporting, and implementing projects.
- Shape Project Success: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Enhance Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements across teams.
- Lead with Expertise: Share complex domain knowledge with team members and subject matter experts. Lead initiatives in your area of expertise, whether in application development, testing, support, or maintenance.
- Keep Stakeholders Informed: Monitor ongoing project activities and provide timely, accurate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Pursue Excellence: Continuously upgrade your skills, suggest process improvements, and identify automation opportunities.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, customers, team members, and leadership to meet expectations and resolve issues.

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: BE/B.Tech (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science (preferred).
- Domain Expertise: Experience in Healthcare IT or IT Service Delivery.
- Professional Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear and professional communication style.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Teamwork: Collaborative, proactive, and dependable team player.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
- Process-Oriented: Focused on continuous improvement and capable of identifying strategies for streamlining operations.
