Requirements
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience using AI and LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Experience with workflow automation platforms will be an added advantage
- Extensive exposure to AI applications, content generation tools, and automation platforms (particularly N8N)
- Strong understanding of system integrations and process optimization
- Past project experience with automation or AI implementation is preferred
- Problem-solving skills – Being able to break complex automation challenges into smaller components and estimate resources (time, effort, tools) for implementation
- Innovation mindset – You should thrive in an experimental environment and be able to leverage creative freedom to build high-value automation solutions for the company.
Responsibilities
- Developing AI-powered automation workflows using n8n to streamline company operations across multiple departments
- Building and implementing automated blog post generation systems that integrate AI content creation with publishing workflows
- Creating video production automation pipelines that handle content creation, editing, and distribution processes
- Working on experimental automation projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible with current AI and automation technologies
- Designing and deploying end-to-end automation solutions for various business processes across the organization

Hiring Process
- We’ll review applications and create a shortlist of candidates [3-4 days]
- Shortlisted candidates will complete an automation challenge [1-2 days task]
- We’ll share automation scenarios with candidates and upon reviewing their solutions, we’ll create a final shortlist and arrange interviews [5-7 days]
- Post interviews, we’ll release results [2-3 days]
