Are you passionate about leveraging data to transform businesses and enhance user experiences? Join our team of innovators, working to make car ownership more accessible, simple, and enjoyable. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, marketing, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to develop and improve products using data-driven insights.
Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon
Work Mode: Office-based, at least 3 days a week
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in data mining tools like SQL, Python, and Excel
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and clickstream data
- Basic understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing and frequentist/Bayesian methods
- Ability to generate actionable insights from data to drive business outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant analytics experience, particularly in hypothesis testing, product, or digital analytics
- Knowledge of advanced analytics (statistical models, machine learning, Markov chains) is a plus
- Ability to understand business and product decisions and align analytics with objectives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or economics from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution

- Ability to derive recommendations from data and present ideas clearly
