Overview
Simulationhub is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our software development team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project execution
- Architect software projects, design modules, and lead module development to meet client requirements
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams comprising developers, QA, and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect resolution and high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Strong technical background in software development with a degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in leading software development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to travel to client sites to meet stakeholders and ensure project requirements are met
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks
