Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team at Oracle in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
- Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications.
- Perform professional software development tasks associated with the development of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain software applications, tools, and systems to meet business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the software applications.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in software development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
