As a Senior Software Engineer – HRIS, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our HRIS system. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
- Participate in the development of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing technical guidance to junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our HRIS system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on HRIS or similar systems
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database management systems, including data modeling and normalization
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
