Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain highly performant, scalable, and secure user interfaces using React.js, ensuring an exceptional user experience for Razorpay’s diverse product suite.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate design mockups and product requirements into elegant and functional front-end solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, testable, and efficient code following best practices in front-end development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers, focusing on performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Actively participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and coding standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies, tools, and best practices, proactively bringing new ideas and innovations to the team to enhance our tech stack.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience working as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed web applications.
- Exceptional proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript for building robust, scalable, and type-safe front-end applications, reducing runtime errors.
- Proven experience consuming and interacting with APIs, particularly with GraphQL, to fetch and manage complex data efficiently.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel), version control systems (Git), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to debug complex front-end issues effectively.
