Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in our engineering organization as a Senior Cloud Backend Developer for Power Train Digital Applications
- Contribute to the development of market-leading IoT solutions for monitoring motors, rotating machines, drives, and systems
- Scale our platform capabilities and accelerate feature delivery in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Lead and support a globally distributed agile team of 30+ developers, product owners, and architects
- Drive high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with R&D Team Lead and other stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in cloud backend development with a strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Strong leadership instincts and experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a globally distributed team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
