What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
As the Senior Architect, you will be the core technical leader responsible for guiding the development of complex, large-scale applications. Your primary duties will include:
- Leading the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of sophisticated full-stack solutions, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Architecting scalable, resilient, and secure applications utilizing cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Acting as the primary technical mentor, guiding senior and junior engineers while enforcing code quality through rigorous reviews and best practices.
- Driving the team’s agile and DevOps culture, ensuring best practices for CI/CD pipelines and automated testing are followed.
- Collaborating directly with stakeholders and product managers to translate complex business needs into actionable technical architecture and blueprints.
- Serving as the ultimate escalation point for troubleshooting complex production issues and ensuring system reliability.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
We are looking for a seasoned leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic thinking.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years (and up to 20 years) of professional, hands-on software development experience.
- Back-End Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
- Front-End Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience developing modern user interfaces with React.js (experience with Angular or Vue.js is also valuable).
- Database Skills: Strong command of both SQL (like PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (like MongoDB) database technologies.
- Cloud Architecture: Demonstrable experience designing and implementing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- DevOps Mindset: Solid familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitLab CI), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Natural leadership skills with previous experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead.
