At Job Binge, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness regarding refunds and cancellations. Please review this policy carefully before availing of our services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Assessment Fees:
- If a candidate registers for an assessment and decides to cancel, they must request a refund within 48 hours of registration.
- A 20% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount as a processing fee.
- Refund requests made after 48 hours of registration will not be eligible.
- Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered, such as completed assessments or provided training materials.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service or request a refund, users must:
- Send a cancellation request via email to contect@jobbinge.in with the subject “Refund Request.”
- Include your name, registered email address, and details of the service/event to be canceled.
- Ensure the refund request for assessments is submitted within 48 hours of registration.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- A 20% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount as a processing fee.
- Users will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
4. Changes or Rescheduling
- For events or assessments, users may request rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Job Binge reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events, assessments, or services. In such cases, a full refund will be issued without deduction.
