The IHOp team is looking for dynamic and experienced individuals to join our innovative department. Our services rely heavily on external raters, and we aim to create a versatile internal resource pool to handle a wide range of knowledge-agnostic tasks.
As a Language Agent, you will use your language expertise to complete project-specific tasks. These may include selecting the best options from provided sets, labeling data, rewriting content, testing features, and generating content based on predefined criteria. You’ll also review team members’ work, provide feedback to maintain quality, and help keep up project momentum.
Additionally, you will handle translations between your target language and English, ensuring high-quality reading and writing skills in both languages. Your role will also involve using Google Sheets and Excel to manage tasks efficiently and solve any project-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete project tasks in English or the target language while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Translate between the target language and English, ensuring high standards.
- Review other language resources’ work and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to solve language-related challenges.
- Use advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel to manage projects effectively.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- High proficiency in English and near-native skills in the target language.
- Proven experience with language-specific tasks while maintaining quality and speed.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel for task management.
- Excellent reading and writing skills for translation tasks.
