HCLTech is looking for a Python Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining our portfolio of Python-based applications. You will work closely with the development team to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver timely solutions to keep our systems running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for various Python-based tools and scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor the performance of applications to identify and address recurring problems.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement bug fixes and enhancements.
- Document solutions, processes, and technical findings clearly.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a graduate from the class of 2023 or 2024.
- Must hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 60% marks throughout all academic qualifications is required.
