Job Description

Role: Developer
Experience: Fresher (2025 batch pass-out)

Key Skills:

1. Strong programming fundamentals.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to all specializations.
• Minimum 60% academic performance.
• No standing arrears.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Databases.
  • Data structures.
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Awareness of web/application security concepts, including OWASP vulnerabilities.

Selection Process:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Programming Test
3. Final Offline Interview (at the Chennai office)

Employment Details:

• Initial 6-month mandatory training period.
