About the role
We’re looking for a rockstar Engineer looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and is adept at coming up with real-time solutions to technical challenges and has a strong foundation in software development principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance systems and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Engage in peer code reviews and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies especially Python.
- Knowledge of AWS.
- Knowledge of database technology such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for backend development and a continuous learning mindset.
