We manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across categories, including licensed brands and private labels. This dynamic environment keeps us constantly brainstorming fresh ideas. Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to develop seasonal concepts and trends.
- Design and develop seasonal collections for the Denim category, ensuring alignment with current trends and brand aesthetics.
- Create moodboards, tech packs, artworks, and trims for seasonal and QTM collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, buying, raw materials, and trims.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target customers.
- Adhere to project timelines from concept to product launch.
- Regularly analyze the product catalog and stay updated on emerging trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
- High proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating design packages and executing product designs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
