Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with FastAPI or any modern backend framework.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub for code collaboration.
- Exposure to LLMs, automation tools, or experience building internal productivity tools.
Good to Have (Optional):
- Understanding of video editing workflows or APIs (e.g., Adobe, FFMPEG).
- Experience with MongoDB and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and cloud platforms like AWS.
- Background in Machine Learning / Deep Learning or automation in creative processes.
- Open-source contributions or personal projects in backend or creative-tech tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered tools to automate content production workflows across pre-production and post-production.
- Build backend services using Python and FastAPI for tasks such as script generation, storyboarding automation, and production scheduling.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into scripting and creative planning processes.
- Create automations for repetitive video editing tasks by working with APIs and video editing platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and tech teams to understand bottlenecks and develop scalable internal solutions.
- Ensure clear documentation of workflows and maintain version control using GitHub.
- Optimize and deploy automation flows using Docker and cloud services.
Hiring Process

- Interview – One 30–40 minute round assessing technical skills, creative problem-solving, and team fit.
