Responsibilities
- Manage and process billing and reporting for Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing
- Provide excellent customer service and support to MSPs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and reporting issues
- Develop and maintain reports to track billing and revenue metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
