Role Description
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in ServiceNow administration and development, particularly within the ITSM module.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists.
- Skilled in Glide and Jelly scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and Service Mapping is a plus.
- Expertise in web services (SOAP), email, and other integration methods.
- Hands-on experience in creating and customizing workflows.
- Experience in portal development.
- Proficient in REST API basics and client-server architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Exposure to ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience in high-performance teams.
