Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Integration:
- Implement frameworks using Azure Purview to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Integrate data from various sources while managing formats like JSON, CSV, and XML for analytics.
Design Analytical Solutions:
- Develop data models, schemas, and metadata to support business intelligence needs.
- Use techniques like star schema and snowflake schema to design scalable reporting structures.
Optimize Data Workflows:
- Resolve governance and quality issues to ensure reliable analytics.
- Optimize workflows with caching, indexing, partitioning, and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) for security.
Build Dashboards & Insights:
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable, real-time insights.
- Validate data accuracy and perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and present data-driven insights.
- Document workflows, data models, and dashboards for transparency and usability.
Manage Data Assets:
- Monitor storage systems and maintain the accuracy and availability of data.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and create reusable datasets for efficiency.
Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing B.E./B.Tech in circuital branches with a 2025 Year of Passing (YOP).
- No active backlogs.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of data governance, integration, and security principles.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and foundational data modeling concepts.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools like Azure Purview, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
- Experience with data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV) and analytics pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., co-pilots) to boost productivity.
- Understanding of metadata management and governance practices.
