Overview

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our Customer Response Center, you will provide exceptional service and support to our policyholders and agents, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for a division of Personal Lines products, plans, and programs.
• Independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as appropriate.
• Identify, analyze, and own customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business.
• Utilize embedded systems, education, and customer support skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing role (preferably in insurance or financial services)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with marketing principles, C, or Golang (non-tech experience also considered)
