Qualifications
Research and Data Analyst IDG communication requirement – located in Marathahalli, Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand global data and cross reference trends and pain points across the multiple markets. Should be a Self-starter and value add from the get-go.
Comms Measurement
- Have experience/expertise using different global comms measurement tools (e.g. Meltwater, Sprinklr, Memo, Tableau, Brandwatch, Audiense, Muckrack, Newswhip, etc)
- Be able to interpret the raw data outputs from these measurement tools and cross reference data across different sources and turn them into global and local actionable insights to inform our comms performance and future strategy.
- Have excellent communicate and storytelling skill, to deliver the insights behind the data.
- Should be experienced, proficient and creative in PowerPoint to design and present data in an easy to understand way or in a dashboard format for senior management
- Effective communications and data driven storytelling for the measurement reporting
Comms Research
- Should have strong analytic skill to interpret raw research data outputs on a range of topics obtained from researchers/agencies and extract global and local key takeaways/insights for storytelling.
- Have experience/expertise in conducting primary research working with internal teams (e.g. PCSD customer insights team, Geo PR teams, etc.) and with external research agencies (e.g. Zeno, Forrester, etc.)
- Have experience and expertise in conducting secondary research on their own using self-serve tools or online resources
