Xpand is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead our web application projects. You will lead the development process from architecture to deployment, mentor a dynamic team, and build high-quality, scalable solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of front-end and back-end applications.
- Architect and implement robust APIs and manage the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with designers and mentor junior developers to ensure technical excellence.
- Ensure all applications are responsive, performant, and meet user needs.
Our Requirements:
- 1-5 years of full-stack development experience with leadership potential.
- Proficiency in modern frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/Python/Java) technologies.
- Strong understanding of API design, databases, and project management.
